Thank you so much for supporting my little Etsy shop! I now have almost 1000sales in my shop. Wow, what a milestone! When I open my shop in October 2007 I didn’t know what I was expecting. I open because I make jewelry. Even though, I was making jewelry for over 10years (just for fun) and I was working at fine jewelry store as “jewelry sales person” I really have NO clue what it takes to sell my handmade jewelry. But it was fun to list and I was very surprised by occasional sales. You know, the feeling, “wow, somebody bought my handmade!”
But then, I got let go from my job. I had to get serious because I really didn’t want to go get another “job”. It was about 2years ago. At this point I think I had about 20 – 30 sales total. So from then, I worked really really hard. Slowly start to seeing regular sales and my design grew with my shop. So, which piece is your most favorite in my shop? For me, I have to say “poppies hook earrings”. It’s so simple & fun to wear! But what color? I can’t decide…. I think all the earrings shown are beautiful, but the ones I like the best are the aqua ones on the bottom (followed very closely by the golden ones above).

Oh what a great giveaway! I love your jewelry, it's so hard to choose just one! I do like the poppy hook earrings, but my absolute favorite item in your shop would have to be the Poppy Bouquet ring set (Spring Showers). I just love the color combo.

ReplyDeletei just discovered your shop on etsy tonight and i LOVE everything there. the poppies are adorable and simple, yet so original and creative! i used to apprentice under a gold/silversmith a few years ago and really enjoyed making jewelry. i'm hoping to i will be able get back into it sometime in the future. it's work like this that inspres me and keeps my dream alive :)

I have a hard time choosing between the plum poppy hook earrings and the poppy on frame necklace (and I like that as pictured in bright red/orange or again the plum color!). I love that your jewelry is simple, a little rustic and with such gorgeous colors!

I have admired the Poppy bouquet ring -berry mix for a long time now... I just haven't had the money to make the purchase. My favorite poppy colors are plum and innocent blue.
